
Holly is a person centred psychologist, with a warm and non judgemental approach and uses a range of evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Holly completed her Masters degree in Community Psychology and is passionate about working holistically with clients, with consideration of all social determinants of health. Holly has provided counselling and psychology services in both community based and corporate settings, including individual and group interventions, psychological assessments, EAP and occupational rehabilitation.

In her spare time, Holly loves all things music and nature, and enjoys bushwalking with her dogs, playing guitar, learning piano, painting and spending quality time with family and friends.
